Setup Clown Crew Deck as Clip

1. Have Gorgon of Zilofthonia [12067160] on your Extra Monster Zone (Any)
2. Have both Poissonierre de Nouvelles [46485778] and Patissciel Couverture [26435595] in your Extra Deck
3. Use Concours de Cuisine (Culinary Confrontation) [14283055]

期望的结果： Cannot Use Concours de Cuisine (Culinary Confrontation) [14283055] because Pendulum Monster Ruling and Gorgon of Zilofthonia [12067160] effect.
